NYC’s favorite pop star Miss Madeline invites you to a very special Girl’s Night Out on Thursday, August 22 in Brooklyn. In celebration of her debut mixtape, SO DRAMATIC, out August 21, Miss Madeline is throwing a fittingly dramatiqué bash with PAPER and Brooklyn rave-scene champions SKSKSKS at 99 Scott.
Miss Madeline, the night’s star, will be delivering her signature choreo to make you “MELT.” Also performing will be designer and musician Mowalola, and the “mood board bitch” Aliyah’s Interlude. On the decks spinning will be NYC’s forever-favorite Memphy and Boiler Room alum, Spain’s own Toccororo.

The party is set to bring us into the world of Miss Madeline’s brand new era, which is a continuation of the high-octane glam fans have come to expect, but is also a pivot for the pop songstress as she’s taking listeners into the grittier side of pop stardom. Like on standout single, “OMG,” where she recounts a ruinous rendezvous with a typical NYC fucboi.
“[‘OMG’] was too real for me to understand back [when I recorded it],” Miss Madeline says. “But I came back six months after recording and I was like, ‘Oh shit! I had something to say,.’ This [mixtape] is definitely the most vulnerable I’ve ever been lyrically.”
Even with that “vulnerability” and rawness, Miss Madeline is still bringing that same main pop girl energy that’s allowed her to ascend to her underground throne. “I like looking perfect, sounding perfect,” she says. “I want to be the perfect pop star.”
“Miss Madeline is a real PAPER girl,” adds PAPER editor-in-chief, Justin Moran. “I’ve had the personal pleasure of watching her grow as an artist over the past few years as a regular fixture in our music coverage: from video premieres to dancing alongside Madonna as an extra on the pop legend’s 2022 cover and, more recently, appearing on our 40th Anniversary PAPER People cover series.”
We’ll see you Thursday, August 22nd, for a night Brooklyn mayhem. Buy tickets today at missmadeline.sksksks.wtf.
